Italian saffron, a product of excellence.

We produce pure saffron in a healthy agricultural context, away from any source of pollution. We do not use herbicides or other chemicals. The whole process is carried out by the family, by carefully selecting the stigmas from where you get the spice. Our Saffron is handpicked, cleaned and dried at 45° on the same day of harvesting so as not to alter its properties. 

For the drying process we use an electric dryer to avoid contaminating the delicate flavor with resins and wood scents.

The packaging is done exclusively by hand and we package whole stigmas, to ensure the quality and purity of the product and to protect the consumer against the adulterations that can be frequently found in powdered products. 

The quality certification of the 2015 production places the product in the first category.

The annual land rotation and the use of environmentally friendly cultivation techniques as well as guaranteeing the quality of the product, allow the preservation of a habitat where many animal species find food and shelter.
